On January 1, 2021, Moderna became a member of Vaccines Europe, a specialized vaccine industry group within EFPIA. As such, Moderna is committed to fully complying with the disclosure requirements of the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (EFPIA) Codes of Practice and the corresponding local industry association code transposition.

United States Disclosure
Moderna is required under the U.S. Physician Payments Sunshine Act to submit data related to payments and other transfers of value made to certain U.S. healthcare professionals and U.S. teaching hospitals to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Open Payments program annually.
