This afternoon we announced that, for the third year in a row, we have been named one of the top 10 employers in Science magazine’s annual Top Employers survey. We are incredibly proud of this recognition, and are honored to be named on this list with so many other companies that we admire.

While I’m not a scientist, most days I feel like I have the coolest job in the company. I have a chance to tell the Moderna story to prospective employees – stories of how our Women’s Network employee resource group is finding ways to work in our communities to encourage more young women in Boston and Cambridge to enter the STEM fields; stories of the ways we are investing in growing great leaders through the Moderna Leadership Series; stories about attending our Annual Scientific Showcase day, where our employees share with one another over 100 posters, and where we see and hear our young scientists, each bursting with pride, talking about how they are achieving more than they thought they were capable of.
