Technology and AI at the Forefront
We are leveraging AI across the company, including when it comes to developing our people. We aim to assist in upskilling employees by utilizing AI, including generative AI. These AI tools enable our human resources team to gain deeper insights into our workforce, fostering a more effective approach to employee development and engagement. Insights gathered on core competencies of employees will empower our HR team to better align employee talent needs with company direction.
