We’re excited to announce that Moderna was recognized as one of the top biopharmaceutical employers by Science for the ninth consecutive year. We were ranked ninth on the list this year, acknowledged for our commitment to innovation, respect for employees and corporate social responsibility.

This recognition is a testament to our team’s dedication and groundbreaking work in mRNA science. The ranking is based on a survey conducted by Science, which collected over 6,800 responses from professionals around the globe in the biotech, biopharmaceutical, and pharmaceutical industries. The survey responses looked at the driving characteristics of a top employer and assigned a unique score to rate each company’s employer reputation.

“We are again honored to be recognized by Science as a top employer, with this year marking the ninth year in a row we have been named to this important list. While Moderna has grown substantially since we were first recognized in 2015, our commitment to impacting the lives of patients and of our employees has never changed. We remain focused on being a company where people can do the best work of their lives.”

- Stéphane Bancel, Moderna CEO
