- Once someone at Moderna raises a request to add your organization as a supplier, you will receive an onboarding email (from an Ariba domain) with a link to Moderna’s onboarding questionnaire. Please complete and return the questionnaire as soon as possible.
Please reach out to supplierinfo@modernatx.com with any questions regarding the onboarding process.
- You will need to create a new Ariba account to access the questionnaire. This will not establish an Ariba trading relationship with Moderna. We recommend creating a free “standard” account.
- If you already have an existing Ariba account, you still need to create a new account for the questionnaire. You will be able to use your existing account to transact with Moderna once established as a supplier. More details will be provided at the time you receive your first purchase order.
- An invitation to connect with Moderna on the Ariba Network will be included with your first Moderna purchase order email. Once your PO is received, please click the “process order” button and log in to your existing Ariba account or create a new account. This will automatically form a trading relationship with Moderna and allow you view your orders and submit invoices in one convenient portal.
- An Ariba account is required to access the onboarding questionnaire. The account you create for onboarding can then be used for transactional activity (receiving POs and submitting invoices). Moderna has a strong preference for you to leverage your Ariba account for transactions however this is not mandatory.
